Facts: |
In July of 1986, this 34-year-old female was hired as a firefighter with a public entity. During the ensuing 5-1/2 years, plaintiff claimed that she was subjected to illegal discrimination and harassment by male firefighters in the form of sexual comments, pinching, touching and suggestions that female firefighters were not physically capable of performing their jobs. Plaintiff's performance evaluations with defendant were consistently excellent. She left her employment on a stress claim in March of 1992.
