First and foremost, the goal of this site is to inform and educate you, not only about my firm, but also about important issues, cases and laws that affect you and me as consumers, patients, parents, and children. The site is searchable and easy to navigate. It hopefully reflects the type of person I am: organized and detail-oriented. Few attorney web sites provide the amount of information you'll find on this site.

I also believe that if you're going to provide information to the public, it should be timely. If a new case is resolved, you will find it under Case Histories. There, you'll get a sense of the types of cases I've handled in the past. If I learn about pending legislation that could affect your rights, check the News/Articles link for my commentary. The Consumer link will be constantly updated to include information regarding laws and issues that affect you. Subscribing to our e-newsletter is as simple as checking the little box on the Contact Us page and providing your name and e-mail address.

Hopefully you'll mark this site and come back to it often, because it will continue to change. It was designed to be dynamic. I also hope you'll leave the site a little wiser than you were when you first got here. I truly believe there is something here for everyone, even attorneys.

My heartfelt thanks go to my web designer, Mike Huston, who, in response to a new "idea" about the site or new feature to add, always managed to say, "Ah..... okay." As far as he was concerned, nothing was impossible, and he has proven that to me many times over.

I would also like to thank my wife, Susan, who input all of the text, proofread and beta tested this site until she got tired of looking at my "mug." She tediously checked every single hyperlink to make sure it was correct and up to date. With her constant monitoring, hopefully you will never go to an expired page or incorrect site from one of our links.
