Background and Legal Experience
Broc Newman has been practicing law since 2021. His passion for personal injury and medical malpractice began in 2017 when he began working for Michael Kaplan during his time at California Western School of Law. While at California Western, he was a recipient of the Dean’s List Award and participated in the Competitive Advocacy Program on the Trial Team. While becoming a finalist for a national competition, Broc discovered his love of trial advocacy and being the one to fight for the client.
He then began working for another personal injury law firm in town, Mission Personal Injury Lawyers, in 2019. There he worked on his craft of arguing for his clients and getting to the bottom of what really happened to them through depositions and discovery.
In his young career, Broc has taken dozens of depositions, argued several motions successfully in open court, and tried one case to verdict. He has spent most of his practice covering personal injury, catastrophic injury, commercial truck collisions, and medical malpractice.
